Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
• All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-4 days of placement, and only are mailed on weekdays. Conventions I am attending may cause slight delay if I am out of town. (notices will be posted on website per event)
• Shipping prices reflect the average cost with the USPS.
• Once the order has shipped and you receive an email notification, it should arrive within 4-14 business days depending on the efficacy of the Postal Service.
• For heavily impacted areas, its estimated 1-3 weeks.

• Currently, Sapphelli does not ship internationally. This will change in the future; currently some countries are not accepting mail from the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy
• I do not except returns if you decide you do not want your order.
• Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
• If you receive your order damaged or missing an item please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and we will discuss replacement.
• If you receive a original piece and it is damaged, there is a 40% charge for the cost of the item to be replaced. Please note that I cannot completely replicate the original item but will do my best.
• At this time, I do not do replacements for orders outside of the US, however if your order arrives and is damaged, you will receive a 50% off code.
